Overview

Pong Havoc is built by Kirwana, an independent developer based in Australia. Your privacy is taken seriously. This policy explains what data Pong Havoc collects (almost nothing) and how it is handled.

Data Collection

Pong Havoc does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

No analytics or tracking SDKs
No advertising frameworks
No user accounts or sign-ups
No crash reporting services
No cookies or device fingerprinting

Data Stored on Your Device

Pong Havoc stores game progress locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This includes:

High score and level progress
Unlocked skins and arenas
Game statistics (games played, streak, play time)
Settings preferences (tilt controls, sound)

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

In-App Purchases

Pong Havoc offers a single optional in-app purchase ("Havoc Pro") processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Kirwana does not receive or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all purchase transactions.

Game Center

If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your scores may be submitted to Apple's Game Center leaderboards. This is managed entirely by Apple. Kirwana does not access your Game Center profile or data.

Children's Privacy

Pong Havoc is rated 4+ and does not collect data from any users, including children under 13.

Third-Party Services

Pong Havoc does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs beyond Apple's standard frameworks (StoreKit, GameKit).

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
